Cancellations, and Absences

If your child has to miss art, they are welcome to attend a makeup class during the same week if a spot is available. Email Christine to check for availability. We don’t give refunds or future credits for cancellations or absences.

Possible Closures

If the studio has to close, we will cancel classes that week(s) and refund your money.

Studio Capacity

Our classes are limited to a maximum of 12-18 students depending on the age and activity.

Student Behavior

Hello Art Studio provides a calm, peaceful setting where children can have fun and create. If a student behaves in a disruptive way, teachers will address the behavior. If the disruptive behavior continues and negatively impacts other students’ experience, parents will be notified. We reserve the right to ask a student not to return if the behavior doesn’t improve.

Photos

Sometimes we take photos of children and their art for our website and social media pages. If you prefer that we don't photograph your child, please let us know.
